As Sales Manager for CDS Builders at Aripeka at Viera — the Space Coast's most unique luxury new construction community — I've spent more than a decade guiding buyers through fully custom builds, from floor plan design and exterior elevations to finishes, pools, and ADUs and in-law suites for multigenerational living. I've personally caught construction issues that licensed home inspectors missed. Ten years in banking taught me the financial side of every transaction; a graphic design degree means I read floor plans the way most people read a map. I can see past the shiny objects — I look at the bones.
